Flight Ticket Cancellation and Refund Policy

We act solely as an intermediary between travelers and airlines, and therefore all cancellations, refunds, and changes are subject to the rules and regulations of the respective airline.

Unless otherwise stated in the fare rules, airline ticket amounts and our booking service fees become non-refundable after 24 hours from the time of purchase. Certain bookings may qualify for cancellation within 24 hours of the original booking time, depending on the airline’s fare rules and applicable regulations.

Customers are advised to carefully verify travel details before confirming such bookings.

6. No-Show Policy

A “no-show” occurs when a passenger fails to check in or board the scheduled flight without prior cancellation.

In most cases:

  • The airline will mark the ticket as a no-show.
  • The entire ticket value may be forfeited and become non-refundable.
  • Remaining segments of the itinerary may be automatically cancelled by the airline.

To avoid being classified as a no-show, customers should notify our support team at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure if they are unable to travel.

7. How to Request a Cancellation

All cancellation requests for airline tickets must be made by contacting our customer support team by phone.

A refund request will only be considered if:

  • A cancellation request has been formally submitted through our support team.
  • The airline fare rules allow cancellations and refunds.
  • The booking is not classified as a no-show.

Failure to notify us prior to the scheduled departure may result in the ticket being ineligible for refund consideration.

8. Refund Request and Processing Procedure

  • Original booking service fees are non-refundable.
  • Post-ticketing service fees may apply for cancellation or refund processing.
  • All applicable fees are generally charged per passenger and per ticket.

If a refund request is not processed by the airline, any post-ticketing service fees charged specifically for the refund request may be returned, where applicable. However, the original booking service fees remain non-refundable.

11. Refund Processing Time

Refund processing involves coordination between our agency, the airline, and payment processing institutions.

Because of this, we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe for completion.

If a refund is approved by the airline:

  • The refund will be processed back to the original form of payment.
  • The full process may take approximately 60 to 90 days from the date the request is submitted to appear on your statement.

Processing times may vary depending on airline procedures and banking institutions.

12. Limitation of Responsibility

Our travel agency functions as a ticket booking intermediary and does not control airline policies regarding cancellations, changes, or refunds.

All refund eligibility is determined solely by the airline’s fare rules and conditions.

Refunds can only be processed if the airline authorizes them.
